I don't think it's possible for any mere human to comprehend size like that. It is motherf****** gigantic. You probably wouldn't be able to see it on any scale that would allow you to see most of TTGL's body. Hell, you probably couldn't even see CGL if you could see one-fourth of TTGL, or one-eighth. It would be so massive that if you could see CGL at any comprehensible size, you probably wouldn't even realize it's standing next to (or on top of) TTGL. And then STTGL is even bigger than THAT.
But then there's Demonbane. Thought TTGL or STTGL was big? Demonbane can (and has) grown up to the size of the MULTIVERSE. Yeah, it gets SO BIG, it actually pops the very universe it exists in. And it's implied that even THAT isn't the limit; it can probably KEEP GROWING. INFINITELY. Also, most of its attacks mindf*** reality in one way or another. Remember when Arc Gurren Lagann punched a guy so hard it ripped through space-time? Demonbane can do that sort of thing on a regular basis. It can also summon INFINITE COPIES of itself from everywhere and in every form concievable. It even summons Demonbanes that NEVER EXISTED OR WILL EXIST.
That fight probably already has happened. Hell, if we're bringing Demonbane into this, I'm guessing it's already happened infinite times across infinite timelines and dimensions with infinite results, all the way from Demonbane completely and utterly owning STTGL to STTGL handing Demonbane its ass on a silver platter.
And, of course, there's the fight where STTGL Lagann Impacts Demonbane while it's using Demonbane Athleta Aeternum, combining with it to create... *clears throat*
Now the infinite Demonbanes and HTTDGL (which uses its own variant of Athleta Aeternum, and has its own Spiral-infused versions of all of Demonbane's attacks, including a Shining Trapezohedron Giga Drill Break) are on the same level of power, and infinite more results happen from there, including the Demonbanes and HTTDGLs teaming up to kick Nyarlathotep's ass. AND WIN. Simon probably ends it with a Lovecraftian magic–fueled, Spiral-powered, supercharged Giga Drill Break. With his Core Drill. (You know, kinda like the end of Lagann-hen, only not with a drill made from his blood, and umpteen times more fucking epic.)
Perhaps it is better that such a thing does not yet exist in any medium. The sheer awesomeness of it all would be far too great for us pitiful humans to comprehend. We would go insane and explode from all the manliness, the hot-bloodedness, the absurd godlike powers, timefuckery, spacefuckery, realityfuckery, and everything else that would result from such a crossover.
That is really, if not perfectly, accurate. In the movie, when the Cathedral Lazengann (it's name before it became the CGL) was about to punch the Earth (yes, you read that right), the Arc Gurren Lagann intecepted its fist with its Giga Drill Breaker (it finally got one), and it was really small compared to even its finger.
nope, he is ten million lightyears in size acording to the data books, and the super tengen toppa gurren lagann is 30 times the size of the tengent toppa gurren lagann, so the STTGL is like 300 million lightyears, is like 2,838,000,000,000,000,000,000 kms... pretty big

The original idea was for Chouginga to be as big as a small galaxy. But instead they changed that to it's power level (yes, it is waaaaaay over 9000). That might have been the scale if they kept that size.
No, it wouldn't have been that scale. Galaxies are measured in lightyears. Tokyo? Square kilometers. If Chouginga was that big, Arc wouldn't even take up a single pixel on the screen. You'd probably need multiple magnifying glasses just to get a sense of how small it is.
The same should be true of CGL when compared to TTGL. Of course, that doesn't stop Gainax from depicting it as being just big enough to fit inside TTGL's mouth. But, considering that this is a series with mecha THE SIZE OF GALAXIES (and, if you take the movies to be canon, mecha with Giga Drills a good fraction of THE SIZE OF UNIVERSES), should we really complain about realism?
I just consulted the second TTGL guide/artbook's size comparisons. According to Gainax, Ark Gurren-Lagann looks to be about as tall as Chouginga Gurren-Lagann's forearm is long, or about halfway up to Chouginga Gurren-Lagann's knee if they're standing next to each other. I don't have a scanner at the moment, so you'll just have to take my word for it.
